Meet Jamie & Ethan
Ethan and Jamie bought The Winthrop in 2003 and spent the next twenty years carefully restoring the estate, from the original details and gardens to the rooms where groups now gather.
They are not a hotel group or a property management company. They are the owners, and the estate is a labor of love.
When your group arrives, one of them will welcome you, walk you through the house, and make sure you have what you need. Then they step back, so your group has the privacy it came for.

Walk the Estate Before You Inquire
Take a look through the bedrooms, dining room, common spaces, and grounds, so you can get a clear feel for where your family will stay, gather, and celebrate.
